About me

This is the story of how I got started with training!

Until I was 15, I had never been involved in sports.

​

The first sport I started and became passionate about was basketball. I faced significant challenges due to my height and limited athletic ability. I really fell short compared to my teammates.

​

This became my motivation to hit the weights. I was young and had no natural talent, so the need to learn how to train well and in a structured manner was very high.

​

Despite my limited abilities in terms of height and talent, I still managed to become an athlete.

This is where my passion began—not only for strength training but especially for pushing personal boundaries.

Because if I could develop into an athlete, then there were opportunities for everyone.

And that is exactly what I want to help you with. I want to help you cultivate perseverance so you can achieve your goals.

Whether that's being able to do one push-up, losing a few kilograms, or reaching the highest level in your sport.

Each of these goals is equally important and relevant to me.

​
